As a way to give back, I wanted to start expressing my thoughts to convey “the message” in my own words.

I think it is very important. Because we all perceive things differently and hearing same ideas and principles from me and other people could be a totally different experience. Because all speakers usually stress different points, even if they talk on the same subject. Which one will fit your ear, nobody knows, not even you.

So make it a habit of reading everything by everyone. Because you don’t know where your answer may be.

I first realized this, back when I started my so called educational and growth journey. I realized, different speakers speak on virtually same main few subjects, only in their own unique words. With their own unique or (lots of times) same examples and stories to strengthen their points. And what I also realized- hearing similar message from different people creates an aura of believability around it. It charges it with credibility. Message fills with life and sometimes eternity.

If one person tells you something, you may think he made it up. If you hear it somewhere else you start questioning your doubts. If you hear it from hundreds of people, it may even become truth. For, all those people couldn’t have met up and agreed to spread a phony or a lie. Or could they?
